“I believe that every human being has the right to a dignified life.” – Helen Lieberman
We celebrated the beauty and diversity of this continent we are happy to call home! Have Courage to celebrate Africa, our seniors, our young and our vulnerable.
Observed annually on 25 May, to commemorate the founding of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU). This year’s Africa Month is celebrated under the theme: “The year of Arts, Culture and Heritage.
At Courage Community Relief through our awesome partners we celebrate the creativity, spirit and innocence of our young.
Local Community Programmes for the young, like Jelly Totts, who are benefitting from the Love in a Bowl programme founded alongside Courage to feed the most vulnerable in our community, come and see where their food grows. The little preschoolers learned to identify veggies in the ground and helped the staff harvest fresh veggie goodness for delivery to 31 food kitchens!
Courage Community Relief remains committed to continuing to provide food to those in need, -this on-going involvement will continue as long as it is needed, and as long as we have the necessary funding.
Please consider donating to this incredible initiative.
